The stitches are due to come out finally tomorrow night. She is on the 24 hr countdown! I am taking her back to the Vet who did her amputation to take the stitches out and say our final goodbye. I like that we can go for a night time appointment because it is easier for me to take her after work. Wish us luck that all goes well. Ruby has had enough medical issues and just wants to be her dog self again. Just one more day!
Wishing you and Ruby all the good luck in the worl!!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 I’m sooooo excited the stitches are gonna be gone!!! 🙂
What you two have been through to get to this point is not the “normal” recovery we are used to around here! But the important thing is all that’s behind you now!
Maybe take one more picture of the incision with the stitches and one after they are GONE!!! GONE!!!!!!! GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
And make sure Ruby gets a celebration cheeseburger! You too! 🙂
CAN OT WAIT FOR THE UPDATE ROMORROW SO WE CAN ALL CELEBRATE WITH YOU!!! 🙂 🙂
Hugs and love!
Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!
PSthe site has been having some technical issues. So it may take a couple of times before you can get it to connect. The techie guys are working on it!
I so wanted it to be the easy way and not the complicated one, sigh. This was bigger than I thought it would be and I thank you for sticking by us thru out this entire process. I will get her a good meal to celebrate her freedom and fill her belly with. Her strength thru this has been enormous. I hope nobody has to go thru what we went thru. I don’t know how it happened, but glad to be thru it!
