Ruby is doing very well. I spoke with the Vet this morning. Totally forgot to ask her for my bill, but I called regarding the antibiotics. She called some into Walgreens for me to pick up. No seepage ever since she was restitched. It looks very nice and much better than before. I keep her cone on so she doesn’t get the chance to rip these out. Briefly I take it off for her to eat or take a break from having it on. I’d rather be safe than sorry and she has been thru enough. We do not want any more surgeries! Here is a pic of the incision from last night.

I know ot feels good when that cone gets off for awhile as your Mom watches over you! I bet she gives you a good massage all over your ears and neck and shoulders when thst thing is off! Feels good!
Continue to take is slow Miss Ruby. It’s still just about SHORT potty breaks a d then right back to rest. You’ll be able to “run like the wind”‘with your pack again soon…..but not yet!! 🙂
